Tail feathers 3 day old

I have a turken that already has tail feathers at 3 days old. I read that could mean it’s a boy. Is this true or false info?

I've never had naked necks, but cockerels of most breeds tend to feather slower than the pullets. It's too early to know, but it's a good sign!
