Tail not standing up

I just purchased these three birds. The Production Blue’s tail is flat and does not stand up. She seems healthy is every other way. She is 5 months old. I have never had this breed. Anything to watch for? Is this normal? Just asking for advice. I am fairly new to chickens.

Some birds just have a lower tail carriage . She looks healthy to me.
