I just got chicks from TSC and one is a Tetra Tint. How do I tell if it's boy or girl???

From everything I have read, the Tetra Tints at TSC are all pullets (at least the one here has them that way). Apparently they are a sex-link breed that makes pullets determinable at hatch due to color differences. They are a cross between a Rhode Island Red roo & a White Leghorn hen. Eggs range from a light cream color to brown. Grown hens will be white/cream with tan/brown/red markings and occasional black spots. They tend to be on the smaller side of the size range for a laying hen at around 4.5-5 pounds.
