So a few years ago I ended up hatching a white cockerel with black spots. Technically called a paint but he has lots of red leakage. I've held onto him since then and decided last year how great would it be if I could make paint chocolate Easter eggers? I've spent the last 2 years working on it and last year I didn't have much luck with getting the project off the ground. This year I have a few promising chocolate, mauve, and mauve splash birds. I'll try to update and keep this going as a way of recording results and helping develop chocolate in the Easter eggers.

thank you! I hoping to have some hatching eggs later this year. The chocolate color has always been lovely to me and I though what if my chocolate Orpington laid green and blue eggs? That's where I got the idea from. Super happy to be in the 2nd year of this project
