Hi, I grew up in the country but moved to the city while raising our family. We have now moved to the country and we could not be happier. I have 16 chickens, easter eggers, barred rock, barn delvers, cherry eggers, and a few leghorns. I started out with 5 lost 2 to the neighbors dog. So we consider the remaining 2 the older ladies. We are contemplating raising meat chickens this winter when it is not so hot. Looking forward to the new adventure.
