Good morning all.
I have a wedding today. It’s a big one, and will be to peoplie for me. My son and nephew are in the wedding party. I’m making a small 3 layer cake for it. I put the first coat of frosting on it last night and will do a second coat this morning. I hope it goes on smoothly. Kudos to people who do this for a living, because it’s stressful.

I know that your cakes are just as professional as a professional's cake can be. I guess it would be stressful knowing they are depending on you to provide a perfect product.

Our high today will be 47* and 33* tonight.

I was considering going shopping for Thanksgiving groceries (along with 50,000 other crazy Saturday shoppers) but might wait until Monday. Hey, if key ingredients are sold out by then, the turkey dinner will be quicker to fix, right?
