They are crosses of a tuxedo male with a cinnamon female. A. I think it is a male but B. I am not sure of its sex. #Buttonquail#Chinesepaintedquail

Okay, the additional pictures that weren't there earlier look more like button quail. In the first picture the legs didn't look so yellow and it's hard to accurately guess size from a picture.

These don't look feather sexable, which makes sense considering the parents were tux and cinnamon. Neither of those colours are feather sexable either.
 
If b is over three months old I would guess her to be a female. You can text this by separating and listen to the call. Males sound different than females. Likely there is a YouTube video showing the difference on the call.
