my hen is getting bullied hard its so sad no body likes her

this is her i tryed giving her a bath to see if she had some blood on her but it did not work what do i do? please help!

How old is she? Is she the same age as the others? Same breed and color too? Who's doing the bullying? Is it the whole flock or just one bird? Sometimes it's just one bird and the bully will need to be separated to reset the pecking order.

Has she been part of the flock from the beginning, or did she just join? When did the bullying start? How many feeders and waterers do you have? How big is the coop in feet (LxW)? What is the length of the roost they sleep on, in feet?
