Titan Incubator Automatic Door opener?

Does anyone have any experience with the Titan Incubator Automatic Door Opener? Or should I go with the Brisnea or Chicken Guard? I need one thats easy to install...

We have one which we bought early this summer. It only works 50-75% of the time:-( I'm currently trying to return it (I just sent an email to him after he asked for pictures of our set-up). It was easy to set up -- we bought the door as well and not so pleased with that -- I don't know which is actually causing the failures, the door or the timer?

Which one did you end up buying?

We bought such a door this Autumn. We could never get the light sensor to work, but it opened and closed OK with the timer for about a month. The motor then went haywire and kept on trying to open the door until the string broke. This was on December 21st, which meant our Christmas plans were seriously impacted. Wrote to T.I. customer service and still have received no answer (January 2). I am definitely looking for ANOTHER automatic door opener.

Did you get it returned? Perhaps that what I should do. It wasn't cheap!
