Toe issue -- abscess or inflammation or... ?

My 1.5-year-old Buff Orpington has a growth/injury on her toe. She is eating, drinking, roosting, running for treats -- all normal behavior. She does hold her foot up sometimes and limps a bit. This was bleeding, I got the bleeding to stop and cleaned it.

All that comes up during an online search is bumblefoot -- do they get bumblefoot on their toes? Any other ideas what it maybe? Treatment?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Although bumblefoot is usually seen on the bottom of the foot where they've been injured by stepping on something, this looks like a similar kind of abscess that likely started from a small injury and then became infected. If it were on my chicken, I would treat it like I would for bumblefoot, though I'll be interested to see what others say. Here's a good article that includes some treatment options: https://poultrydvm.com/condition/bumblefoot
