TS "ameraucana" what are they really??

Got some chicks at Tractor Supply, they were labeled "ameraucana" but I've noticed that's NEVER what they really are. I'm completely clueless on what 2 chicks are that I have. Both are approximately 5 weeks old. (First 4 pics are "fluffy" the last 3 pics are "squeaky" the names my kids chose!) Both have green-ish legs

These are Easter Eggers, also known as Americanas.

And I agree, the first one may be a possible cockerel. Still to early to tell, though.
