Tumor or abscess on beak/wattle?

Tina is a columbian cross, I believe. She is 4.5 years old. She is and has been acting totally normal the whole time, eating/drinking/socializing/dust bathing/tail up/normal poop, etc. she may be a teeny bit poofy now and then, but it's also cold out and she seems inline with the other two girls.
At the end of Oct./early November we noticed a little discoloration at the rt corner of her beak, it looked a little bruised but not injured, she was heavily molting so I chalked it up to that. Kept an eye on it, no noticeable changes.
Around December 19, it started puffing up where her wattle and beak meet and her eye area was a bit swollen so I took her to the vet on the 23rd. We gave her oral antibiotics and subQ anti-inflams for a week. It didn't seem to do anything. (She's still acting normal). It continued to grow and swell her eye shut. She is still acting normal (I've had sick chickens before) other than the obvious eye swell. The other girls are treating her normally too. (They show no signs of anything and were all molting at the same time) As of today, the inside of her mouth is darker on that half, under her tongue, her tongue looks normal but her beak is slightly misshapen now.
This all leads me to believe she has a tumor and not an infection. Yesterday I decided to treat the area topically with terramycin because I have some and I read it has a bit of anti-fungal as well as the antibiotic, and I feel like I need to try something. (I guess I'm hoping it's fungal? So I can treat it.) I have an appointment to take her back to the vet on Wednesday to see what his opinion is. I'm posting here to see if anyone has any insight. My vet is awesome, but not super chicken-y (not many are) so he is open to working together. Thanks!!

*Sorry the pics came out so big, if you scroll they are smaller and easier to compare, I posted many to show the progression, Nov.3-Jan.20. The very last pic 1/20 is a day after I put topical terramycin on her, I sort of feel like it looks worse today so I didn't do again. Any opinions?
ps. I'll try to post pics from oldest to newest.

It almost looks like the flesh is dying off, does it leak any liquids? It could possibly be cancer if its a tumor since its very dark in color.
Just me guessing however.
I know, I was thinking it looked a bit necrotic too. There has been nothing oozy, leaky, ect, just a bit dry. Thanks for replying.

Is there any discoloration or yellow material/canker inside the beak? Does her face have bad odor? What was the antibiotic the vet gave her earlier? I suppose she could have a tumor there, but infection is also possible. Could she have suffered an injury there that is becoming necrotic? If you should lose her or put her down in the future, most state vets will perform a necropsy and examine tissue under a microscope to give a diagnosis. Here is a list of state vets to find one near you:

No, there is no yellow material or canker insider her beak and she doesn’t smell. Her mouth looks nice and smooth as it should. BUT, inside her beak under her tongue does look ‘bruised’ matching the outside of her beak on that affected side, like something is pushing up from underneath, her tongue is fine, but her beak is becoming slightly misshapen. We treated her with Enroflox and Metacam, thinking it could have been an injury or bug bite, though we couldn’t see anything obvious, we thought she could’ve hit her beak on something, but there was no evidence. We’ll see the vet again in two days, but I guess I figure this would be a long time for a chicken to have an infection without exhibiting other obvious signs of illness?

I have a hen with what appears to be a very similar condition! Hers not quite as big yet but has grown from how it started. She went to our vet Wednesday and was prescribed 1ml of oral liquid smz twice daily. Vets gonna call Monday and if there is no change she’s thinking of scrapping it out? She thinks it might be an abscess or blood blister? She hasn’t mentioned tumor but I suppose it’s possible. My hen is also acting normal like yours, doesn’t smell or have any discharge. Inside of her mouth is also a little discolored like the black on the outside.
Will you keep us posted here!!??? Where are you located? Wishing y’all luck

Yes! It looks just the same! We went to the vet Thursday and he prescribed another round of antibiotics, sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim .5cc twice a day. He said if this didn't work by day 7 we would try a z-pac. He was able to get a smidge of "extract"(blood & cells) with a needle and thinks there's a good chance it's infected. I went back through pics of her and noticed that the discoloration started when she started molting, so I thought it was part of the process, she's little older now. I took her in as soon as I noticed more than the "bruising", but she swelled up pretty quickly.
I hope your treatment helps your girl quickly. Let's keep each other posted, I believe it looks like they are dealing with the same thing! I've done so much searching and yours is the first that identifies. I'll update at the end of the week when her round of meds is done :)
We are in central GA, US.

Bactrim (sulfatrim) is a good choice for skin infections. I hope that it helps. Keep us updated on how she is doing and if the bactrim helps.

Thanks so much for the update, sending y’all good vibes. I’m having trouble getting the antibiotics into my hen… she shakes her head so vigorously and it’s really hard to open her beak. I was putting it in blue berries and raspberries but this morning she wouldn’t eat them, I think she caught on… how are you administering?
