Turkey babies and teenage mutant ducks

Hi y'all Question 4 wk turkey poults, can they reside with 5 mo old ducks ? I feel like I already know the answer. But maybe ducks wouldn't be interested? Turkeys So small and flighty can they get away in time? Clueless here. Was gonna put them in with a 3ft hi fence. Same enclosure as ducks?

Ducks need water to dip their bills and are messy.
Turkeys are fragile at that age. Coccidiosis is a big concern.

Wow good info thanks. How do you contain 7 ,4 wk olds around chickens and ducks . Wanted to integrate them but now?? I have a small separate room in barn but it's a lonely life there?

Make sure that blackhead is not a problem in your area. If it is a problem, keeping turkeys with chickens or on the same ground chickens have been on can be a death sentence to the turkeys.

I waited until they were over 8 weeks old before I put them out. Since then I have broody raise them.
Turkey that bond with other species are trouble to those species. My first turkeys were raised by people they bonded with... and ended up people aggressive.
I made the mistake of having broody chickens hatch and raised Poults and those ended up attacking chickens that don't run.

I do see people without these problems so your mileage may vary.
