Turkey Caruncles and Wattle variations??

I’ve been noticing that as they grow, my turkeys caruncles and wattles are looking significantly different, they are all hens (as far as I know) and the only one I have doubts about is my big gray one (Golden Narraganset I believe) she has very large wattle and caruncles, just wanted to confirm that it’s a girl, and share the variations I’ve noticed.
White one is the sibling, she’s a royal palm for sure.
Spurs are just little bumps, same with my adult hen. Both act like females.
The auburn (brown one) is my adult hen when she was their age.

Yes they can vary from individual to individual and from variety to variety.

Their caruncles will get bigger with age and state of agitation.
