Turkeys needing extra weight

Have 2 turkeys getting ready to go into processing. What should I feed to really pack on the weight this last week? They refuse to eat corn so I've been mixing meatbird crumble with turkey pellets with a little cracked corn and a ton of black oil sunflower seeds. I'm not sure of the mix what they are eating I've never met such picky birds. I purchased around 4 months old where they were underweight and they arnt as large as I would like.

Can you share some pictures of them? Birds don't typically starve themselves, so it might be something else. You might have accidentally been given the wrong breed of turkey or they could have a parasite.

As far as fattening them out, I'd keep them locked up in a coop (so they're not eating other things) with plenty of meatbird grower crumbles. Skim milk could help fatten them out too.
