Hello hello! Who wants a couple of pet roosters who are very good to their humans and hens of all ages? Come take a look at the combo known as Fluffy and Waffles!

We did the chicken math, and even if we could hide both of them from the chicken police, we don’t have enougn ladies for the two of them to be content. Every day Waffles catches up in size to Fluffy, and every day Fluffy has to pick on Waffles a little bit more. They are both too cool and sweet to be unhappy, so meet my Roos, fall in love with them, and help my kids and I feel better so we don’t cry too hard saying goodbye. 💜

Fluffy:
Hatched early June. Named by my 4yo. Smartest of all my chickens. He’s alert, dutiful, and like any good patriarch, he makes sure everyone got something to eat (my top of the order chicken can get loud and fussy when she thinks the food belongs to her). He likes to sneak up as close as he can and take things out of my pockets when I’m not looking (I’m telling you… he’s very smart). He is one of my favorites and I’m so sad we can’t keep him.

Waffles:
Hatched late July. His nickname is “Sweet Waffles” because what else do you call a roo who greets you at the gate like they’re a puppy? Waffles is projected to be friggen huge. He EATS. I mean if you want the fluffy fluffy style of orpingtons, this is your guy. He is always down for some lap snuggles, and I can feel it in my bones that he deserves to grow up to be a lap chicken. He’s a puppy disguised as a chicken, he’s a flock favorite amongst everyone, he is a 12/10 on the good boy scale.
