My last post was deleted - listed as SPAM because I posttd a link to an example of the product I was asking about.
Can you use ultrasonic cleaning machines to bathe chickens or will it cause internal damage?
I’m talking about devices that use ultrasonic waves to clean jewelry and other small inanimate objects. I know the waves are outside of the range of chicken hearing, but are the vibrations bad for their internal organs, for instance?
Has anyone tried this?

That would not be at all appropriate for cleaning anything but inanimate objects.
The ultrasonics cause rapid vibration of molecules and that generates heat.

Why would you do that? I have had chickens for more than 15 years, and never given one so much as a bath. I would not object to bathing a chicken in warm water, but not what you are proposing.
