Unabsorbed Yolk with chick

I have a chick that has a unabsorbed yolk... I've been hatching a lot lately and usually don't have any problems, but this time its about the size of the t ip of my pinky, and I don't know if its okay or not.. Unlike the others, this one has been curled up in a ball for almost 40 minutes except for on of its legs extended which is a purple color.. Barely moved, but seems to be breathing normally and its really chirping up a storm

Update: My chick is still alive, it seems like the yolk has dried up now, but it is laying on its back and wont get up..
