Used chicken tractor

I was looking to buy a well loved chicken tractor/chunnel from my local classifieds for the "look don't touch" chick integration... my question is, is there a risk to my flock doing so? I could build one myself but it's cheap and would make my life easier. We're fairly new to chickens and I'm not sure if there are any diseases that could pass to my flock from the wood structure. Thank you!

The main concern would be parasites like mites hiding in the cracks. You could wash it down with a diluted bleach solution, and let it dry in the sun for a few days.
