Vent gleet and sour crop?

I have a 3yo hen who is usually a great layer. She’d stopped laying lately, then a few days ago I noticed a lot of creamy coloured poop stuck all over her butt area. She then became lethargic, standing around all puffed up. Still eating and drinking. I thought vent gleet, as it also had a horrific smell. I’ve got her indoors (it’s winter and cold/damp here outside), bathing her in warm water and epsom salts and cleaning the vent area daily. Today I also noticed a very puffy balloon-like crop (squishy and fluid filled). Could it be that sour crop has caused the vent gleet? Or is it maybe not proper vent gleet and just in response to the sour crop? I’m reading up on how to treat the sour crop as my hens have never had it before. Any advice on either condition appreciated! Thanks

One or both conditions are surely a result of a less than favorable microbiome.
Are you in NZ or S Africa?
I know a product that can probably assist. It is Gro2Max, a probiotic powder consisting of beneficial bacteria and yeasts. The original formula came from Egypt so it is likely available where you are.
