Vision Bird Cage Model L01 VS. Prevue Pet Products Flight Cage

Hi pals, I got a Red Factor Canary and I want to buy the right cage for him, I like in particular two cages: the Vision L01 and Prevue Flight Cage, but I don't know which one is better.
Can someone give me help in choosing the right one?

That's mine it might be a bit large for one small bird but it's got lots of nice room I bought my own perches because the ones it came with where dowel rods wich aren't good for there feet they need bumpy ones they love the toys also and it comes with a feed and water bowl

It’s a nice cage! But isn’t the right one for canary... canaries need larger than taller

I have both...for a canary Id go with the flight cage put perches the shorter way to give more flight time

The 1/2 inch bar spacing isn't too wide on that one? That's good, I was a little iffy on that one and knew Prevue is a good brand. I've looked online and noticed that I can only find these cages mainly in the UK, so I'd have to get it through a pet store. I'm going to look at the prevue cage in person again and then decide. Thanks for your input guys! I'm glad to hear that the vision is a good cage afterall.

A flight cage would be much more appropriate. Canaries unlike hookbills cannot climb about their cage and require room to fly in order to get the proper exercise. Here is just one example:

Most of my finches and other softbills are in flights. 30x18x18 is the smallest I like to breed in although I will use 24x16x16 for Society finches on occasion.
