Gonna go for a walk tonight. Slept in this morning so only went in the yard and in front of the house a bit.

We’ve been walking a lot lately but it’s hard with the cold and now with the rain yesterday and today

I dropped my mile time from 8:18 down to 7:42 in less than a month. Hoping to get below 7:30 by spring
