Walmart Worms?

Had anyone tried Walmart worms for chicken treats? I've heard about chickens getting parasitic worms from eating earth worms and I wanted to know if anyone has had any bad experiences with them.

I've never heard of parasitic worms in earthworms.

In the summer I buy worms from Walmart and give them to my chickens as treats. I also buy crickets from the pet store as treats for my chickens.
