Want to ask for info on Giant Runt Pigeons

I would like to see if I can get some information on basic care of Giant Runt Pigeons .

Not sure what your "basic care " question is.
Housing; A loft just like any other breed of pigeons would work. A chicken coop would also work, since these are waddling pigeons. A covered secure run to keep them from escaping would be ideal. They would not escape far. But, then they would be vulnerable to predators.

Feed. A regular pigeon seed mix would work just fine. (not as easily found compared to chicken feed) Agricultural supply stores in my area do not sell pigeon seeds. Second option would be Wild bird seed mix. ( easy find),, . And finally,, an Alflock feed would work also. You would want to supplement their mineral needs with Pigeon Grit. Available where pigeon feed is sold.

I never kept, Giant Runts, but did keep Homing pigeons. I believe all pigeons have similar dietary requirements.

I had a few regular pigeons past years but they flew .could you tell me how high the roost should be off the ground ? I’m sure they will fly up on it and sit at night .

Make the roosts same height as you would for chickens.
Experiment. Make one low,,, and then add another somewhat higher. I suggest using real tree branches. 2 inch diameter is just fine. That is what I use inside my coop for chickens.
Sand off lightly any sharp bark, so to prevent cuts on feet. Still have rough bark surface for pigeons to grab firmly/securely.
