the way I make mine is boil eggs until done and slice down the middle to get the yoke out, then I mash the yokes, add salt pepper garlic powder, pickles and mayo to taste.mix well and use a spoon to fill up the whites and you can sprinkle paprika over top if wanted.I usually take a doz to church events and never have any left and use same receipe at home at times to add tuna, or chicken. marrie

Mix the yolks with mayo, salt and pepper, finely chopped chives or green onions, and some Dijon mustard. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.

I ALWAYS put a few splashes of Tabasco on mine, but don't add it to the egg yolk mixture because not everyone else is a chile head like me.

Mine is about the same as most. Mayo, little mustard, a little sweet relish (sometimes) but I add a little Italian dressing in the yolk when I mix it. Then paprika on top. I put the Italian dressing in my potato salad too

Here's some he might like

6 eggs
3 pieces of bacon, crumbled
sweet relish to taste
relish juice
mayo
s/p

mix, stuff eggs

I don't have the exact ingredient because I just eye ball it.

My kids love any thing with bacon in it!

I also do one with mayo, mustard, and a little vinegar, s/p and if I have good relish, like homemade. I put a little dab on the top.

I got this off the Foodnetwork from Emeral

1 doz eggs
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp each red pepper & white pepper
Mix & stuff
Paprika over top

Have you ever cut them in half so they are round instead of oblong?
You have to cut the tip off the pointy end so it will stand up but they don't slide around this way.

Good recipes! Instead of spooning it back into the egg whites, I put the yolk mixture in a baggie and cut a little bit of the corner off. It's like a disposable pastry bag. You can SWIRL the yolk on it & it looks decorative.

Just my 2 cents.

Pickled Deviled Eggs with Horseradish!

They are verrrrry Yummy. I tend to make deviled eggs on a whim so there is no true recipe that i follow. But the general recipe is:

Make hard boiled eggs
Pickle them (i use 2 can of sliced or chopped beets to 6-10 eggs, 1 c. vinegar and fill jar/bowl with water and add some sliced onion. If you pickle your eggs this way they are very vinegar-y)

Once pickled (after a day or three) slice and remove yolk with salt, pepper, (and whatever spices look good atm), and a horseradish sauce (i make it with mayo, sour cream, and horseradish).

These are super yummy and not a lot of people have seen/tried em so its a neat twist to the typical deviled egg:thumbsup!

Usually I mash the yolk with mayo, brown mustard, and dill relish. Add a little sea salt if needed, but usually we don't. Then sprinkle paprika on top after stuffing the eggs.

Sometimes, I do mayo, relish and half a can of tuna. Mmmm... that's really good.

This was a big hit at our family cook outs....I use miracle whip and a couple of table spoons oh Honey mustard. No relish or onion. just miracle whip and honey mustard. I get compliments everrytime i make them. Oh and sprinkle a little paparika on top.
