Water filled crop

Hi, I was out putting my hens to bed when I noticed my 1 yo isa brown hen Cookie, was sitting in the nestbox. Shes not broody. Her crop is filled with water, it's not sour crop as I have dealt with that with another hen a few months ago.
Please help.

How is she doing? Was her crop empty this morning?

It emptied yesterday, I gave her multi vitamins in water. I talked to a friend and he said to put a small drop of sterilising fluid into her water, she drank all that. She seems to be getting better slowly.
