I heard in a posting for incubating that it's a good idea to put peroxide in the water you put in you incubator.

Is this a good idea?

If it is what ratio do you use for water versus peroxide?

Thanks

I don't know, but I'm hoping a few people will answer you. I also saw the post about this and although it may be controversial (would like to know why) it sounds like a great thing if it helps keep the bacteria growth down.

That was what I was thinking too. The last time I ran my incubator the water started getting a funny odor after a while so I thought it would be a good idea to have a bit of peroxide in the water as a purifier.

Of course I also turned it from a still air to a forced air today too. I am hoping to start incubating this weekend.
