Hello all, good afternoon! I just went out to collect eggs, and I found one that looks watery, as if the shell hasn't fully formed. I attached some pics, and I'm not sure whether I should be worried or not. I'm not sure who layed this, and just want to make sure that it's not a sign of infection. Thanks! Lmk please.

Sorry guys here are the photos:

I agree, looks like a shell-less egg.
How old is your hen?
Has she only just started laying?
What type of food are they getting?

I'm not sure who layed this, and I feed them an all flock feed, with plenty of oyster shells for calcium. Whoever layed it has layed perfectly fine eggs previously. Just want to make sure this isn't sign of infection, and that it's just a rare occurrence. Thx.
I dont think it is a sign of infection. It can happen rarely for no apparent reason.
