Wattles at 3 weeks

I think the chick in question is Ameraucana cross SS. It’s a really big chick. I’ve always thought it was a rooster. Anyway, it has red wattles starting to grow. The comb is still yellow. Can pullets have wattle development this early or is this mainly a cockerel thing?? I will be shocked if this chick isn’t a cockerel.

Do you have a picture? One of my pullets had early wattle growth at 3 weeks but they stopped growing
