Weak day old baby

I got 6 pellets yesterday 5 thriving 1 not so much she’s a bitty Olive egger. She is wobbly- she falls on her back and gives up. She has had sav a chick- sugar water- molassses and Gatorade- egg yolk. I have been giving this to her every few hours via syringe. She pooped normal once when I watched. She lives under the brooder plate set at 95 Fahrenheit . She doesn’t even try to eat or drink on her own. We separated her today (day 2) from the rest and made her a mush of starter with water and electrolyte water. I go back to work tomorrow so I can’t force hydrate her. Any tips? I have only lost one the last three years but she was 4 weeks- her roommates killed her so this one is hard since she’s 2 days old and still not interested in anything other then laying under brooder plate

Make sure that she doesn’t have any pasty butt, but you probably know to do that. I would try to dip her beak every half hour this evening. Try moistening some crumbles and dip her beak. That is about all you can do. I hope she perks up, but she may be weak or have some shipping stress.

Her butts all good made her a wet food from hydrated crumble with water
