Week 3, white leghorn pullet?

Trying back on this again. This is supposed to be a 3 week old pullet, white leghorn. I'll share, she's very pecky to everyone, doesn't seem like one of the girls, but she is the first one to greet me always, and will also not stay in the brooder anytime I lift the top. Please note the picture is the bin they go in when I'm cleaning their actual brooder so no judgement that it's missing food/water/warmth. The other two breeds she's next to are RIR & Smokey Pearl. Thoughts on her breed and sex?

My white leghorn had a large comb at 2 weeks that got darker at 4 weeks when his wattles also dropped out of nowhere. He was also very friendly, until he wasn't . . . . after his hormones kicked in he wanted nothing to do with me and his bullying got worse.

Are you thinking he/she looks like a cockerel? The lack of wattles is what has me on the fence. But "shes" the only one I get a weird vibe from lol.
