Weird bumps on bottom

I just got this baby duck and all the others are fine but this one has white dumps on her bottom and it keeps sticking out. I’ve noticed it kinda hard for her to use the restroom. What could it be and what’s the best way to treat it.

Can you give her a warm bath and gently clean her bottom? have you seen this one poop?
