I was candling eggs to prepare for sales and this was super dark spots so I cracked it.

The yolk and whites were normal but the yolk broke and was stuck to this part of the shell that had red spots.

What’s up with this?
Do I need treatment?
Danger for other eggs?

I agree. The only two things I can think of that would turn a part of an egg insides red are bloodspots or a developing embryo and that is definitely not a developing embryo.

According to the Egg Quality Guide between 2% to 4% of all eggs laid have blood spots. They are not that unusual. Some hens are more prone to laying them than others. This link has a photo that looks a lot like yours.

It is unusual for the yolk to get stuck to the shell but it can happen. That's why we turn them in an incubator, to prevent the yolk or embryo from settling out and sticking to the shell. Was that an old egg, maybe stored in warmer temperatures without turning? That might help explain why it stuck and why the yolk broke so easily. The presence of the blood spots may have contributed to that.

I'd consider it a fluke as long as it is not repeated. If it repeats I'd think about it a bit.

Good luck!

It was stored on the counter and was within the week.

I’m ok with a fluke
