Weird feathers on my Coronation Sussex (19 weeks)

Hi everyone! I noticed that my 19 week old Coronation Sussex has developed weird spread out, curly feathers, are these saddle feathers? The picture of the coronation Sussex with the bigger and redder comb and wattles is the same age but different back feathers, to compare with. Thanks in advance!

They are saddle feathers - all chickens have saddle feathers. Hers are rounded indicating that she is a pullet. Very pretty birds.
