Welsh Harlequin Gender

It's me again! In our second batch of the year we got 3 runners and 2 Welsh Harlequins. Here's a picture of the slightly older Welsh we're thinking is a drake. The Welsh were about a week old when we got them so we weren't able to sex them early based off their bills like they say.

Any thoughts or opinions? The other Welsh is a bit smaller and the transition between it's chest and neck colours aren't as obvious.

They are both drakes. One is starting to get his drake feather while the one in the picture still sounds squeaky like a male.
