I posted ohh, about a year ago about my newly hatched WH/SB cross ducklings I hatched. This mix has blown me away. Not only are they laying well, they are laying an egg a day since last October, through the winter and still cranking them out. At this point they are outlaying my black Australorp hens about 2 to one. Anyone else had this experience with this cross? Oh an a bonus is the ducks are beautiful. Pleasantly surprised.

Not the best photo but if you look past the mudhole they've made of their enclosure .lol. They look like a Roeun duck ( most of them) 2 came out looking like black swedish, 2 like blue swedish and 12 like Roeuns.
