What breed is my neighbors rooster?

He comes down to see my girls and while my two old hens don’t lay anymore I just got eight chicks and I want to incubate their eggs in the future so I wanted to know what he is if he ends up fertilizing any future eggs. I’d ask my neighbors what he is but they live down the road from their barn and are pretty hands off with their chickens and they also have a lot of roosters so they probably don’t even know which one comes to our house.

He's definitely a mixed breed. It's difficult to tell his size in the picture. If he's small, then maybe a Japanese bantam mix. If he's large, maybe a black copper Marans mix. Those are just guesses, though.
