I'd say he's an Easter Egger, which is basically the same as mixed.

No way to know the breeds in him for sure, but I can talk about color:
he appears to be "golden," meaning he has one copy of the silver gene and one of gold, making his gold feathers a sort of yellowy straw color. Due to the way chicken genetics work, that color can only occur when mom carries silver and dad carries gold/golden.
Because the golden color outlines some of the black feathers, he's also probably birchen patterned.

Thank you, that is very interesting information, I’m hoping to hatch some chicks from his ladies who I think the black may be australorp and is pretty grey/ blue lady which I have no idea what she is, she is from the same farm as my rooster
