What breed is this chicken?

Can anyone give me some ideas of what this chicken might be? He/She is a rare breed assortment from Meyer Hatchery. I ordered females but I have a feeling this one is not a female. I had thought it was a Jubilee orpington but had a Jubilee breeder tell me she has never seen one with this much white. So maybe a badly bred Jubilee?? Are there any other breeds that look like this. He/she has clean yellow legs. Thanks!
