You just got a kid!I had a poor hatch with only 2 chicks making it out of 12 eggs and I have been caring for them. But one of the chicks cry whenever I leave the room or If he doesn't see me. I know it's because of me since he makes this happy chirp once he's able to see me or hear my voice. Does anyone know what to do? He's driving me a bit crazy..

When your baby roo grows up & has his own flock, he will be very busy and so he will not be following you everywhere. He will insist that you provide for his hens and kids..etc...
I had a rooster that imprinted on me, and whenever I touch his face, he closes his eyes, head til over one side. Still occasionally he upsets with me for late bringing out food and I got a peck from him, this part is not funny at all.
