Sorry I can't say what breed it is, but Leghorns have a distinct white "ear lobe" that this bird does not have. (Or am I just not seeing it in the pic?)

It's very faint, it's quite a young bird so they haven't grown in quite yet

The earlobe’s white, kind of hard to see because it’s young
