What color and gender is this beautiful silkie?

Gorgeous coloring. I'm thinking cockerel due to the rust pattern on the wings. The head feathers are what they refer to as "streamers" - those also point to cockerel.

Hey everyone I have a 15 week old silkie chick. I would love to know if anyone would know what the color/ breed of this beautiful silkie is called. Rooster, mixed color, Silkie mix.

You can tell he’s a rooster by the pointed feathers on the head and hackles, and the barker pointed red feathers coming in on his body. He is just a late maturing rooster that is why his comb is small.
