What could it be?

I have no idea what this is called but the underside of my ducks bill is bubbled up, it kinda looks like a frog that’s holding it’s breath to croak. She ate just fine but didn’t quack like usual when I put them to bed. I thought maybe a bug bit her and it was inflamed but now I’m worried she didn’t eat right and food is stuck under her tongue. I didn’t get a picture since its really dark out now( I let them stay out a bit longer today) but only noticed it after she ate so I’m not sure when this happened. This picture is kinda what it looked like. I’ve searched on google but it hard considering I don’t know if there’s a name for that part of the duck anatomy. Has this happened to anyone?

Can you catch her?
I finally got an actual picture of her, it looks smaller than yesterday. She doesn’t seem to be in any discomfort as of now

I agree check for obstructions or possible splinters. If she is clear I would lean towards a bug bite as bites anywhere on the neck or face swell up quite a bit.
