What gender are these chickens?

I purchased “12” leghorns and ended up with 10 leghorns and 2 (not sure). If anyone knows the breed and gender of these 2 chickens it would greatly help me to know how to grow them correctly. Thank you in advance.

Those aren't leghorns. They are probably Polish. They are really cute!!

They are both buff polish the top one is a rooster and the bottom one is a hen
