What is the Arnica Montana 30C Pellet Dose for Chickens

Arnica Montana 30C Pellet for injured Hen.
Limping hen from old jump injury. No broken bone, or dislocated joint. Just sore hip.
None of my reference books list the dose or the frequency.

Sorry, I think you will have to research that on your own or consult a Homeopathic Vet.

I have used this type of homeopathy many many times on my chickens!
I give them the same dose for humans. 5 pellets 3 times a day, I just pop them into the mouth. It won't harm them at all if you think you gave them too much, you really can't hurt them with it.

I've gotten Candida Albicans 200c, and gave that same dosing to a hen and she was totally fine, I used the whole thing up. I suspected sour crop and that's why I gave it to her, since sour crop is Candida Albicans.

I've gotten Candida Albicans 200c, and gave that same dosing to a hen and she was totally fine, I used the whole thing up. I suspected sour crop and that's why I gave it to her, since sour crop is Candida Albicans.

We did the Blood Test and X-rays two years ago and we got was an anti-inflammatory and drained $1,500! Not doing that again and needed to come up with something to help her. Several reference books list the homeopaths, but without dosage. I never would guess that it would mimic human adults.

For old injuries Ruta would be more appropriate to give. But Arnica is fine as well although more useful for recent/fresh injuries.

I'm sorry to hear the poor thing has gone through a lot! I hope she'll make improvement.
I don't think there really is a recommended dosage for homeopathy, for chickens, because hardly anyone uses it it seems. But like I said before, giving the human dose is fine since its hard to give too much.

I found this post because another hen has been limping for a few days. I'm thinking the rooster might have did it getting on her or her jumping from the roost. She eats, drinks, socializes fine just has a limp

Unfortunately I'm not sure of a book, I only know some things about it because my mother took some classes on homeopathy. I'm sure you can find something though!
