Looks like a young pullet to me.
She won’t be laying yet. First her combs wil grow en have to become red.
I can’t help you with the breed.

Did you find her? Is she alone?

I have bought her from someone. Yes she has not laying yet. I think she is from white leghorn breed because she has white earlobes.but her leg is not pure yellow. She has whitish leg. So what do you think it's age would be?
I have 4 month old white leghorn roosters also.

Hi,does anyone know what breed this rooster is.He is 14 weeks old but already bigger in size than my adult hens.

It could be a leghorn mix :idunno?
IMO its not a good idea to buy only 1 hen to add to a flock. Better buy 2 or more at the same time depending on the flock you have.

This one hen is going to have a bad time as a young newbie because of the pecking order.

Do you have only 2 roosters and no hens? Then you might have to buy 10 hens or more to keep the roosters happy.

Can you go back to buy another hen? Can’t you ask the seller what breeds he/she has?
How much space do you have in you’re coop and run? Or do you free range?

She is definitely a pullet year n my opinion. Not real close to laying because if comb as the other person said. Not a leghorn because tail isn’t pronounced, color is wrong, and feet are wrong. I’m guessing you got a “barnyard mix”

Its normal that roosters are about 10%-15% bigger than the hens of the same breed.

Its not a good idea to have a huge rooster with normal sized hens. The Jersey giant is too big for leghorn sized hens.
