yes although since the tragic death of Dr. Fred Thornberry A&M has discontinued their quail breeding program and as a result the lines have been blurred due to genetic deterioration and cross breeding by hobbyists. Because of this the terms are now often used by those who dont know better almost interchangeably to describe any white quail.
However originally A&M had larger birds with that offered better production rate.
Sadly their site seems to be gone but james marie farms did some great work with quail genetics as well as restoring the A&M line. Heres a snapshot of their site including a section in the bottom right corner of the about us page regarding their work with the A&M strain.
