what to feed our 8 week old mallard ducklings

We have Mallard Ducklings and they are 8 wks. old I have been feeding them all in one chicken food. Should I be feeding them something else?

we have two domestic mallard ducklings and they are 8 weeks old. I have been feeding them "all in one" chicken food but think we should e feeding them something else for ducks.

You don't have to feed them anything else, but duck people will tell you to supplement that chicken feed with niacin, a nutrient ducks need for proper leg development in higher levels than chickens. Ducks may also appreciate higher protein in the feed, and they LOVE fruits and veggies if you want to give them a treat.
