So ya, You know their are different species of doves and pigeons out there(of course everyone does XD), all or some come in different sizes and so do their squabs at 0-7 days old.
What I want to know is what should I feed them and what type of tool should I use for a newly hatched chicks and for chicks 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 days old and> chicks that are 8 days going on till they are A month old?
What other kinds of stuff can I use instead of the "Kaytee extract formula"
and what type (Different *Sizes* of Syringes) of syringes or other tools should I use for Pigeon,Doves chicks 0-7+ plus days old? And not just the normal Fancy pigeon breeds out there and the normal domesticaed Doves, Im also talking about different species of Pigeons and Doves like the:
Pigeons= 'Pale Vented Pigeon' etc.<Squab
Medium Size Doves=
Eared dove, White tipped dove, Gray fronted dove Ringneck Dove.<Squabs
Small Doves= Diamond dove, Ruddy Ground doves, Common ground Doves, Blue ground doves.<Squabs
Ya those above species, I know all of them can use the 'Kaytee extract formula' but what can i replace that formula with? what can i create that is sorta similar to that formula, so That I can feed those different Species of Pigeon and Doves?
I need the Different sizes of syringes or tools for Small doves like the Ruddy ground dove Squabs<< their squabs are very tiny xD its adorable but ya I'm gonna buy those and raise them as soon as I get the useful information I need. Please, Thank you :)

Different Sizes of Syringes or Tools And a Replacement food or ingriedient instead of the "Kaytee extract formula"
Would Really Appreciate, Thank you

Some fanciers have gotten by feeding newly hatched squabs warm egg yolks.

Hand feeding should only be done as a last ditch effort in saving a squab.

No pigeon fancier would recommend this as a way to securer a flock as it has a high mortality rate of over 50% and higher if beginning hand feeding from a hatch ling.

Here is a link with a few approaches on feeding pigeon squabs:

Why are you wanting to hand rear all these pigeon and dove species? What are you planning on doing?

You have been on here before saying you will take wild doves and pigeons from the nest to hand rear... and I advised you this is not only immoral, but also doomed to fail.. as its virtually impossible to hand rear doves and pigeons from hatching.. as they need crop milk.

Please don't take doves from the wild and try to hand rear them. Just go to a local breeder or pet shop and buy some pet domestic doves for goodness sake!

Because I want to Hand rear all those species, and breed them, and probably cross(which I don't think I will do, i'll let them decide their mates). I wouldn't steal a chick from its nest, that'll just be too unbareable and tough, Instead I just wait for them to leave and the parents to lay again and take their eggs and switch my ringneck dove eggs with the wild ones and throw away the Ringneck dove eggs.
The local breeders only have Ringneck doves and Pigeons and chickens nothing else. I already have 5 ringneck doves soon to 7.
I just want to know what to feed them at their early age incase I ever do get a chick that I have to handfed....<which happens alot over in the US since people say Mourning dove chicks always fall out their nest and they handfed them<<And i would like to know what they give doves or pigeons at their 1st week 0-7 days old. I don't think this will fail cause I can just get a syringe that fits a little way down their throat so it wont come out.

I have used raw egg yolk warmed to body temperature. Expect plenty of losses it is fool hearty "ESPECIALLY" if you are trying this from newly hatched day old squabs.

I have 67 trips around the sun and have been raising birds for decades.
I have done what you are attempting and the results are less than perfect even if you succeed. The young are weaker and do not develop as well and most times are bullied by the rest of your flock.

Switching eggs among parents that should accomplish your goal.

Do not be an "IDIOT" get yourself some young squeakers from a pigeon fancier.

Take a look at my set up.

I am Tired of Ringneck doves and Domestic/racing Pigeons... Its time for a new species which I will be soon getting whether I have to go to extreme measures to get the species or just Order them from Away.... Here isn't the place for a Lecture... Everyone signed up on Backyardchickens to help each other with Feeding, Sickness and building etc. I'm not being an Idiot for wanting something even if I take a bird or an egg from a wild bird's Nest... This is what people did back in the days and this is how we got Pigeons and Doves domesticated.
Seeing That youtube has good tutorials about handfeeding squabs; some videos don't have the ingredients to make what they use from scratch... Other people who can't get the Kaytee Extract formula rely on Websites like this to get the information they need to make a similar food or something simple to take care of a fallen dove/pigeon baby or bird.
All I want is information for taking care of a baby dove or pigeon.(Sorry if this is too Harsh or stupid of me but i can't help it). Whether or not people tell me the information here on BYC, I'll continue what I'm doing.

Feral pigeons can tame fairly easily even as adults... But it isn't recommended due to the risk of disease and parasites. If you really want to take squabs, which I also DO NOT recommend, you are best taking them when they are pretty much fully feathered and are already being weaned by their parents.

I suggest looking up breeders nearby, or looking in other stores for other lines of doves if you are interested in more colour and variety in the flock.

Also, you won't get any luck crossbreeding. While I have read of collared doves and rock doves breeding together, I haven't seen any proof of it actually happening. I recommend mainly keeping to rock doves as they come in all sorts of shapes, sizes and colours which can all interbreed.

Oh no honey, you cant create a new species on your own, every pigeon and dove comes from the rock dove. As simple as that.
Please do some more reasearch.
What you are doing isnt correct or wise.
You cant create a new species by going out and switching eggs up.
If you want a different breed of pigeon, just go on craigslist, flea markets, or online and look for a fancy breed.
To hand raise baby birds requires lots of skill and years of experiance. Yes backyard chickens is great to ask questions and get help. But you are trying to bite off more than you can chew hone.
I dont want to sound mean or be offensive towards you, thats not my point. But please rethink what you are doing. You are young and still have lots to learn. So dont rush into trying to do things you are not experianced with.
Go to poultry shows and find these different beautiful breeds that proffesional breeders have breed and buy a few.
Dont try to mess with mother nature for now.
