When can I feed them a nightcrawler?

I have week old chicks, and I also have some nightcrawlers for my large chickens. When can they start eating them?

Now if you like. I don't add any extra than starter when brooding.

I start the worms and bugs as soon as they are outside at 4 weeks.

I would not be in a hurry to feed them (chicks) earthworms or nightcrawlers as they are known to carry the gapeworm and cocci. Of course once they out in the run or free range they will have access to them. I just keep them on the proper feed and a few vegi treats while in the brooder.
